Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
At OmniAgent, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI agent services (including our AI phone receptionist and website chat agents), website, and related applications (collectively, the "Services").
Summary: We collect only the data necessary to provide our Services. We do not sell your personal information. Conversations may be logged to improve service quality. You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you voluntarily provide when using our Services:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and contact details when you reach out to us, including through our contact form, our website chat assistant (Molly) or our sales phone line
- Enquiry Details: What you tell our chat assistant or our phone assistant about your business and needs, the conversation itself, and any appointment you book with us
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Training Data: Content, documents, and materials you provide to train your AI agents
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services:
- Chat Transcripts: Conversations between end users and AI agents
- Call Recordings and Transcripts: Audio recordings, transcripts and AI-generated summaries of phone calls answered by our AI phone receptionist
- Call Details: Caller phone numbers and the date, time and length of calls and text messages
- Usage Data: How you interact with our Services, features used, and time spent
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Log Data: IP addresses, access times, and referring URLs
- Cookies: Small data files stored on your device (see Section 6)
1.3 Information from End Users
When end users interact with AI agents deployed on client websites or answering client phone lines, we may collect:
- Information provided during conversations
- Chat content and conversation history
- Contact information if voluntarily provided
- Voice recordings and transcripts of phone calls
- Phone numbers, and text messages exchanged with the business
1.4 Call Recording and Transcription Consent
Every call answered by our AI phone receptionist begins with an automated message telling the caller that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded and transcribed. By continuing the call after this notice, the caller consents to the recording, transcription and AI summarizing of the call for the purposes below. Callers who do not consent may end the call or ask to reach the business another way, such as a callback or a message.
Call recordings and transcripts are used only to answer the caller, book appointments, pass the caller's details and request to the business they called, keep a record of the call for that business, and maintain the quality of the Services. They are never sold and are not used for advertising.
