OmniAgent Inc. is a Canadian company, registered in Alberta and based in Edmonton. We build AI receptionists that answer phone calls and website chats for small businesses, in English and French, 24 hours a day.

What we do

A missed call is often a missed customer. Small teams are busy doing the work, and few can pay someone to answer the phone all day. We set up a receptionist that answers every call, books appointments, takes messages and sends you a summary, so nothing slips through. We do the setup, the training and the hosting for you.

Who we are

OmniAgent was founded by Gregory Sajous, an entrepreneur and educator based in Edmonton. Our team sets up each receptionist with care and attention to detail, and we are here to answer your questions and help you give your customers outstanding service.
